The choice of quality for high performance
We offer substrates for 3 varieties of oyster mushroom (grey, pink and yellow), for pholiote or shiitake, for both conventional and organic production.
Our substrates are distinguished by their quality and consistency: Our 30 years of know-how satisfy our customers on a daily basis, thanks to rigorous monitoring of our production and incubation processes.
Substrate production requires high standards on a daily basis which starts with mastery of the crushing process: not all straws are crushed to the same calibre, constant measurement of our moisture levels before and after pasteurisation, and perfect adjustment of the larding rates.
Once the substrate has been produced, our reputation rests on our ability to incubate the substrate in our 35 incubation greenhouses. The substrate must be sufficiently incubated to give a high yield to our customers, but not too much so that mushrooms don't grow on our bales before departure.
